An avid horse woman for all of her life, Sandra has providedholistic hoofcare education through clinics and her website. She began with hosting hoofcare clinics in 2003 and completed a world renown hoofcare professional's course in 2005. She has spent many years providing natural horsemanship training to clients, boarded horses, bred Holsteiners and Hanovarians, and run competitions and clinics at her Windtree Farm in North Carolina. She has gathered her horsemanship knowledge by participating in colt starting clinics with Ray Hunt, Bryan Neubert, Mark Rashid, Greg Eliel, Dave Seay, Bill Scott and many others. Much of her hoofcare knowledge about trimming and riding barefoot horses was gained by experience and mentorship with some of the top hoofcare professionals in the USA. She was also a nationally known scientific illustrator and many of her illustrations can be found on various instructional material in schools all over the world. She was an creative director for a health education company and art director and contributing writer for a magazine called, "Growing Up".
